In 2022, Saith Arshad Mehmood envisioned building a rice brand that would stand for quality, trust, and integrity. Inspired by his commitment to delivering premium rice to every household, he founded the Bilqees brand, naming it in honor of his beloved mother, Bilqees.
What started in Kamoke, Pakistan, was driven by a simple yet powerful mission: to provide rice that consistently delivers exceptional quality, rich aroma, and outstanding taste.
2025 — A Partnership Built on Friendship
In 2025, Mian Usman Habib joined the company. He had been a close friend and postgraduate classmate of Saith Arshad Mehmood. Their friendship was built on mutual trust, shared values, and a common vision.
As they began shaping the future of the company together, a unique idea emerged. Saith Arshad Mehmood's mother is named Bilqees, while Mian Usman Habib's mother is named Rani. To honor both mothers, they combined these two meaningful names, giving birth to the brand Rani Bilqees.
More than just a name, Rani Bilqees represents respect for family, lasting friendship, shared values, and a commitment to excellence.
